Natural Childhood Preparation Classes
Class fee: $125 per couple

*fee includes workbook, handouts, healthy snacks and beverages. Class meets six consecutive Sunday afternoons from
2-4:30pm or two Saturdays from 10-5. Whoz Your Doula Birth Doula Clients may attend the class for free. Some partial scholarships are available for mothers who are enrolled in the Northeast Mississippi Birthing Project, qualify for WIC, receive medicaid, or are teen mothers.
Breastfeeding Right from the Start Class
So thats what they're for! Do you want to learn all the ends and outs of breastfeeding in a fast, fun and engaging way? Take Breastfeeding Right from the Start! This class covers how to get off to a good start , how to know if your nursling is getting enough milk, tips to boost your milk supply, and ways to avoid breastfeeding difficulties. As an added bonus participants will receive unlimited phone and email support and one free in-home breastfeeding counseling session, if needed. This is a fast paced 2 1/2 hour course that is sure to have you prepared for your breastfeeding adventures. Course is recommended for mothers in their third trimester, those preparing to breastfeed adopted babies, and may also be helpful for mothers of breastfeeding newborns.

*fee includes handouts and small goody bag. Class is free for Whoz Your Doula Birth Doula Clients, those enrolled in my Natural Childbirth Preparation class, mothers in the Northeast Mississippi Birthing Project, WIC participants, and teen mothers.
Attachment Parenting Group
My baby is not spoiled, just well loved. Participants in our attachment parenting group sessions discuss and learn all the ins and outs about this thing called attachment parenting. We discuss natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, baby wearing, and homeschooling. Breastfeeding babies under 6 mos. are welcome. Participants can be preparing for pregnancy, pregnant, new parents, grandparents, or caregivers. Sessions are bimonthly lasting 1 1/2 hours.
